1.  Do you charge a deposit?

  • NO

  • We require a one-time $10.00 Administrative / processing fee.


2.  Do I furnish my own lock?

  • No, we highly recommend a round disc lock to secure your belongings.


3.  When is my payment due?

  •  All payments are due on the 1st day of each month.

      -  There is a 5-day grace period; after 5 days, payments are considered late, and there will be a $15.00 late charge will be added to the rent.

      -  Convenient service of recurring billing that will automatically pay your rent each month.


5.  If I move out in the middle of the month, do I get a refund?

  • No, units are rented on a per-month basis, and we do not offer refunds for early move-outs.


6.  Is my personal property insured?

  • No. You may use your Homeowners' insurance if applicable, or get renters' insurance; if used, it must be provided.

  • We do offer insurance at the time of rental, also known as Tenant Protection Insurance.


7.  Can I rent after hours?

  •  Yes. Using the website ( menlostorage.com) online 24/7, call 706-509-0121 to set up an appointment, or email info@menlostorage.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. If no answer’s please leave a message.

  •  Rent directly from our website anytime.


8.  What happens when I want to move out?

  •  Please provide a 14-day notice by any means listed in the contact method

  • Tenants are responsible for rent and all fees.
